In this way you can change the password easily and very easy to remember.

Do not have same password for secure accounts and non secure accounts. Have separate strong password for secure accounts like Bank accounts, email accounts, etc… Do not mix-up secure account passwords with non secure accounts like web forum account, normal website accounts.

Always remember your passwords, never ever write down your password.
