The Printer is out of Paper
Problem:-
I have HP Officejet printer, When in try to print a word document from my
computer getting error message "The printer is out of paper" There is a
enough papers in the printer paper tray. I have powered off the printer and
powered on still getting the same error.
Solution:-
Here is the troubleshooting steps for "The printer is out of paper" error.

Make sure that you have placed the paper in the printer paper tray
correctly so that printer sensor can sense the paper from the paper
tray.

Make sure that printer is connected to the computer properly and
installed updated printer driver.

Make sure that printer's Ready Led is on.

Take test print out from printer to make sure that printer is working
fine. If you are not able to take the self test printout from the
printer, Please contact Printer Vendor.

Check you have enough disk space to spool print file.
