>> Accidentally deleted "Show Desktop" icon from the Quick lunch
Problem:
I have accidentally shift deleted Show Desktop
icon from the taskbar. Its very fast way to minimize all the open Windows.
How do I get "show desktop" icon back in quick launch. Please help. I have
Windows XP pro with SP2.

is the steps to create 'Show Desktop'
1.
Click on start menu and click on Run, Type 'notepad' on open: text
box.
2.
Untitled notepad will lunch. copy following text and paste on notepad.
[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop
3. On the notepad, click File menu, click on Save As, and then
click on Save as type: Drop down menu and select All files in
the list.
4. Type File name as 'Show Desktop.scf'
5. Save it on Desktop.
6. Open "My computer' click on Tools menu, click on Folder
options, click on View tab. Select Show hidden files and folders.
click OK to close the Window.
6. Copy 'Show Desktop.scf' file from your desktop. Paste it on
below mentioned folder.
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Note:- Replace the Username with your account name.
This will restore 'Show Desktop' on your Quick Lunch
Tip: You can also you "Windows key + D"
to minimize all the Windows. Same function as 'Show desktop'
